This policy applies to all products purchased through our website, including but not limited to:

  • Hair accessories
  • Bundles and sets
  • Tote bags

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sedosahair@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and do our best to make it right.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
